Learn how to do your own live stream on YouTube with our helpful tutorial. The process can be a little confusing, so we’re here to help you out so you can easily get connected with your YouTube viewers.

To live stream on YouTube, go to YouTube.com and sign in. Click your profile icon. Select Creator Studio. On the left, click Live Streaming. Download and set up encoding software. Copy your unique stream key from YouTube and paste it in the encoder settings. Click Apply. Now, click Start Streaming.

Go back to the YouTube page in your browser to see your live stream. Read comments from your viewers and respond to them. When you’re done streaming, go back to your encoder window and click Stop Streaming.
