Chandrayaan-2, India’s second mission to the Moon, is set to land near the lunar south pole early tomorrow. Chandrayaan-2’s lander Vikram is currently revolving around the Moon and will begin its descent on to the lunar surface shortly after midnight. The lander Vikram houses the six-wheeled rover Pragyaan that will explore the lunar surface for around 14 Earth days.
